I am not a financial expert and yet I do know, from a practical point-of-view, how to create financial abundance.  Here are some tips to help you create more abundance.

 

1.    Create a master list of expenses and be sure you include seasonal expenses like holiday gift buying, birthdays, car insurance, taxes, etc.  Have no surprises in what goes out each month.

2.    Add up the annual and semi-annual expenses then deposit 1/12th of that amount into a special savings account each month.

3.    Keep payments low.  Get simple interest loans for longer periods of time.  When cash is tight pay minimums and when it isn't make extra payments.

4.    Don't charge big ticket items to your credit card.  Instead save each month until you can purchase the item for cash.

5.    Have an emergency fund and if you have an emergency be sure to begin replacing this money right away.
